摘要

琅琊山抽水蓄能电站4号机组运行时间长达16 a,通过腐蚀量检测、无损检测、应力检测和有限元计算评估其管道受力状况,结果显示钢管总体腐蚀程度为一般腐蚀,未发现焊缝内部存在超标缺陷和裂纹缺陷,实测等效应力小于相应抗力限值,并结合运维单位管理及运行关键要素查勘要求对压力钢管进行综合性安全评估,以为抽蓄压力钢管安全检测评估工作提供参考.

Abstract

Unit 4 of Langyashan pumped storage power station has been operating for 16 years,the stress condition of the pipeline was evaluated through corrosion detection,nondestructive testing,stress testing,and finite element calculation,the results showed that the overall corrosion degree of the steel pipe was evaluated as general corrosion,and no excessive defects or crack defects were found inside the weld seam.The measured equivalent stress was less than the corresponding resistance limit,combined with the management and key operational elements survey requirements of the operation and maintenance unit,a comprehensive safety assessment of the pressure steel pipe was conducted to provide reference for the safety inspection and evaluation of the pumped storage pressure steel pipe.
