Study on the Procurement Model and Optimization of Drug Shortage in China
Objective To analyze the procurement methods of drugs in shortage in China,and to provide suggestions for optimizing the procurement policy of drugs in shortage.Methods From the aspects of procurement price,procurement volume and procurement cycle,the problems of direct listing,filing procurement and volume-based procurement of drugs in shortage were analyzed.Results Under the direct listing and filing procurement modes,the enthusiasm of enterprises in production and supply should to be improved,and it was diffiicult to solve the problem of drug shortages due to price increase and small clinical dosage.The selection criteria for volume-based procurement of drugs were unclear,the reasonableness of the transaction reference price was open to question,and it was difficult to determine the quantity of drugs to be purchased.Conclusion In order to ensure the supply and stabilize the price of drugs in short supply,it is necessary to clarify the categorization and procurement,rationally set the procurement price and determine the procurement demand.
