Evolution and Development Conception of Medical Service Price Management in China
Objective To clarify the evolution of medical service price management,and to provide reference for deepening medical ser-vice price reform.Methods Based on the literature research and policy review,the evolution of medical service price management was di-vided into stages.Results The evolution of medical service price management could be divided into five phases,which were specifically manifested in the reinforcement of policy support,dynamic change of conceptual expression,refinement of object scope,reinforcement of or-ganization system,and optimization of management mechanism.Conclusion It is proposed that medical service price reform should focus on the combination of management and release,the price of basic medical services should adhere to public welfare and the principle of open,and the management of new medical services should be implemented with the same standard and the same quality,so as to refine and deepen medical service price.
