Objective To study the governance logic and practical path in synergizing"promoting the construction of a healthy China"and"implementing the national strategy of actively coping with population aging".Methods The many practical problems faced by the gov-ernance of elderly health were analyzed,and the realization path of leading collaborative governance was proposed.Results Leading collab-orative governance was suitable for elderly health governance due to its characteristics of innovation in governance theory,tightness of gov-ernance structure,and diversity of governance resources.Conclusion In order to continue to promote leading collaborative governance,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of leading-type talents to provide high-quality service of the elderly health,enhance immersive publicity to strengthen the concept of elderly health,and establish a holistic health security system to improve the elderly health level.
