At present,the enthusiasm of retail pharmacies to participate in centralized procurement is not high.In this regard,based on the existing experience of centralized procurement of drugs,two new modes of centralized procurement for retail pharmacies are proposed,namely,centralized volume-based procurement carried out by retail pharmacies alliance and centralized volume-based procurement carried out by independent joint.The characteristics of the new mode in terms of procurement process,procurement mode,procurement characteris-tics,supply guarantee and centralized settlement are summarized.The implementation of centralized procurement and centralized settlement in retail pharmacies can to a certain extent standardize the formation of drug prices,but there are currently difficulties in prescription flow,procurement varieties of supply and demand mismatch.It is necessary to improve the prescription flow mechanism,enhance the retail phar-macy purchasing behavior and the use of health insurance fund behavior control,to ensure that the safe and effective operation of the health insurance fund.
