Study on Issues and Policy Recommendations of the Implementation of Centralized Volume-based Procurement for High-value Medical Consumables from the Perspective of Supply Chain
Objective To systematically analyze the current issues in the implementation of centralized volume-based procurement for high-value medical consumables.Methods Based on the supply chain perspective,the problems in the implementation of centralized vol-ume-based procurement for high-value medical consumables were analyzed from four aspects of production,supply,utilization and reim-bursement.Results In the context of centralized volume-based procurement,there were problems in the availability,product use,and health insurance payment of high-value medical consumables,which affected the implementation of the centralized volume-based procure-ment policy.Conclusion In order to promote the high-quality implementation of centralized volume-based procurement for high-value medical consumables,it is necessary to clarify the distribution fees and distribution standards in the supply chain,explore the green chan-nel for the adjustment of medical service projects of selected products and establish the medical consumables inventory information system in the utilization chain,and strengthen the synergy of medical insurance payment standard in the reimbursement chain.
