The influencing factors of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in the UK can be summarized into two levels:the core layer(including system design,infrastructure and resource input)and the criterion layer(system design).The core layer factors construct the key institutional foundation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment pattern.Drawing on the experience of the UK's hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,China should build a medical service system focusing on primary health care and separating general practice from specialty,encourage doctors to practice freely,ensure the continuity of services from the aspects of financial support and policy guidance,and attach importance to the construction of digital medical and health information,so as to further optimize the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in China.
