At present,the importance of cost management for the high-quality development of public hospitals is becoming more and more prominent.However,there are some problems in the cost management of public hospitals under DRG payment,such as poor policy environment,lack of internal synergy,weak management foundation,failure to form a closed loop,low level of informationization,and insuf-ficient support.In this regard,the case hospital constructs cost management system,implements fine control,pays attention to disease cost accounting,and continuously improves cost management ability,which has achieved good results and can provide reference for other hospi-tals to optimize cost management.
