Developing new quality productivity is an inherent requirement for promoting high-quality development of public hospitals.At present,in the process of high-quality development of public hospitals,there are some problems such as insufficient scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation ability,incomplete talent team construction,and insufficient connotation of medical service model.In this regard,we propose a path for promoting high-quality development of public hospitals through new quality productivity:promoting medical science and technology innovation and achievement transformation to enhance the soft strength of high-quality development,strengthening the talent planning,training and education assessment to stimulate the new power of high-quality development,broadening the connotation of medical service model innovation to lead the new trend of high-quality development,and strengthening the information technology infrastructure to create a solid support for high-quality development.
