Study on Performance-based Pay Management of Public Hospitals based on Job Value Evaluation Theory
There are some problems in performance-based pay management of public hospitals,such as deviation from hospital strategy,failure to objectively carry out job evaluation,and inability to take into account departmental attributes.In this regard,public hospitals should be based on the theory of job value evaluation,closely follow the strategic objectives,reshape the top logic of performance management with job value as the core,carry out job value evaluation and reconstruct the job grade sequence,and establish performance appraisal indexes and accounting methods based on the results of the job value evaluation,so as to realize high-quality development.
