Comparative analysis of the scientific and reasonable degree of the goal setting of chronic disease prevention and control in Sichuan and Chongqing
Objective To analyze changes of scientific and reasonable degree of the goal setting of chronic disease prevention and control in Sichuan and Chongqing,compare the differences between the two places,and explore the impact of the scientific and reasonable degree of goal setting on the effectiveness of chronic disease prevention and control.Methods The relevant laws,regulations and policy documents in the field of chronic diseases in Sichuan and Chongqing from 2010 to 2022 were collected to quantitatively evaluate the scientific and reasonable degree of goal setting of chronic disease prevention and control in Sichuan and Chongqing.Spearman correlation and linear regression were used to analyze the effect of scientific and rational degree of the goal setting on the effectiveness of main chronic disease prevention and control.Results From 2010 to 2022,the scientific and reasonable degree of goal setting of chronic disease prevention and control in Sichuan and Chongqing showed an overall upward trend,increasing from 4.04%and 2.90%in 2010 to 32.96%and 30.77%in 2022,respectively.There was a negative correlation between the scientific and rational degree of goal setting of the major chronic disease prevention and control and the premature mortality rates of major chronic diseases in both places(Sichuan:r=-0.982,P<0.001;Chongqing:r=-0.843,P<0.001).The degrees of explanation for the changes of premature mortality rates of chronic diseases were 89.7%and 72.1%(P<0.001).Conclusions The scientific and reasonable level of goal setting in the field of chronic disease prevention and control in Sichuan and Chongqing has been improved year by year,and it is helpful to improve the prevention and control effect of chronic diseases.The scientific and reasonable degree of goal setting of chronic diseases in Sichuan is slightly higher than that in Chongqing,and both places have considerable room for improvement.
