Based on the application of ChatGPT in clinical diagnosis and treatment,this paper analyzes the possible effects of its intervention in clinical diagnosis and treatment.The results show that the application of ChatGPT can help improve the quality of medical services and meet the needs of users,but there are also risks of data security and"hallucination risks",lack of emotional perception ability,and impact on the existing patient-physician interaction paradigm.It is necessary to optimize from both technical and social aspects,so as to give full play to the role of ChatGPT in clinical diagnosis and treatment and avoid its potential risks by giving full play to the role of technology in promoting social development and regulating the use of technology under social conditions.
