The paper elaborates on the importance of application of proactive health,including the support of the Healthy China strategy,the increasing demand for health,technological empowerment and the alleviation of economic burden.It also points out the challenges such as weak concept of proactive health,digital literacy to be improved,unequal distribution of social resources,and uneven capabilities of medical workers.In response to these challenges,it proposes strategies such as promoting consciousness of health and awareness of proactive health;strengthening policy coordination to meet health needs;bridging the digital divide and improving digital literacy;expanding medical staff and integrating health resources.
