Research on laws and regulations of third-party platforms of online drug sales
This paper sorts out the legal provisions on third-party platforms of online drug sales,and summarizes the existing problems in laws and regulations of third-party platforms of online drug sales in China,such as the unclear legal responsibilities of third-party platforms,the neglect of third-party platforms to fulfill the legal obligations,the inadequate law enforcement by regulatory authorities,and the low participation of social groups.Based on the analysis of the causes of the existing problems,combined with foreign legislation and practical experiences,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects:clarifying the legal responsibility of third-party platforms,building an information sharing platform,improving the coordination mechanism between drug regulatory departments,and giving full play to the role of social groups.
