As an important supplement to China's medical services,free clinic activities have played a positive role in improving the level of primary medical services and alleviating the unequal distribution of medical resources.However,in practice,free clinic activities are faced with the challenges of unified standardization and management,difficult application of existing laws and regulations,and difficult law enforcement of health administrative departments.Through literature research and normative analysis,this paper studies and sorts out the existing legal dilemmas and problems of free clinic activities,and puts forward the countermeasures such as improving the supervision platform,perfecting the legal system and strengthening cross-departmental collaboration,so as to promote the innovation and sustainable development of free clinic activities.
