Research on service evaluation system of"Internet plus contracted family doctor services"based on PCMH model
Objective The service evaluation system of"Internet plus contracted family doctor services"is constructed based on patient-centered medical home(PCMH)model,in order to provide the reference for improving the design of contracted services,optimizing the process of contracted services and enhancing the ability of contracted services.Methods According to the PCMH model,the service evaluation index of"Internet plus contracted family doctor services"was constructed through by informant interviewing,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Results The service evaluation system of"Internet plus contracted family doctor services"included two first-level indicators(process evaluation and result evaluation),five second-level indicators(comprehensiveness,coordination,accessibility,patient centrality,quality and safety)and 12 third-level indicators.Among the first-level indicators,the relative weights of process evaluation and result evaluation of"Internet plus contracted family doctor services"were both 0.5.The relative weights of comprehensiveness,coordination and accessibility of second-level indicators of process evaluation were 0.5,0.25 and 0.25 respectively.The relative weights of patient centrality and quality and safety of second-level indicators of result evaluation were both 0.5.Conclusions The process evaluation and result evaluation of"Internet plus contracted family doctor services"are equally important.Among the evaluation dimensions,comprehensiveness,patient centrality,and quality and safety are relatively important,while coordination and accessibility are relatively less important.Improving contracted services mechanism,optimizing system's functional construction and strengthening the training of general practitioners are conducive to promoting the high-quality development of"Internet plus contracted family doctor services".
