摘要
[目的]对云南省 2020-2023 年的卫生资源状况进行分析,为合理配置卫生资源、促进全省卫生健康事业发展提供参考.[方法]通过对 2020-2023 年云南省医疗卫生机构数、床位及人员等数据进行汇总分析,与全国、西部平均水平、"十四五"规划要求进行对比.[结果]2020-2023 年,云南省医疗卫生机构数从 2020年的 26,626 个增加到 2023 年的 28,768 个,卫生人员从 2020 年的 45.89 万人增加到 2023 年的 51.27 万人,其中卫生技术人员从 36.65 万人增加到 42.52 万人;床位数从 2020 年的 32.52 万张增加到 2023 年的 35.99 万张.到 2023 年,每千人口医疗卫生机构床位数、执业(助理)医师数、注册护士数及每万人口全科医生数、公共卫生机构人员数分别为 7.7 张、3.14 人、4.36 人以及 3.39 人、8.6 人.[结论]2020-2023 年云南省各类卫生资源明显增加,卫生人力资源、床位资源增长较快,已逐步接近或超过"十四五"规划目标.但机构间发展不均衡,不同机构的病床使用情况存在差异,建议优化床位资源配置,继续加强执业(助理)医师、药师、公共卫生人员队伍建设,逐步促进机构间均衡发展.
Abstract
Objective This paper analyzes the status of health resources in Yunnan Province from 2020 to 2023,to provide the reference for rationally allocating health resources and promoting the development of healthcare in the province.Methods By summarizing and analyzing data of the number of medical and health institutions,beds and personnel in Yunnan Province from 2020 to 2023,the comparison was made with the average level of the nation and the western region,and the requirements of the 14th Five-Year Plan.Results From 2020 to 2023,the number of medical and health institutions in Yunnan Province increased from 26,626 in 2020 to 28,768 in 2023.The number of health personnel increased from 458,900 in 2020 to 512,700 in 2023,among which the number of health technicians increased from 366,500 to 425,200.The number of beds increased from 325,200 in 2020 to 359,900 in 2023.By 2023,the number of beds,practicing(assistant)physicians,registered nurses per thousand population,and the number of general practitioners and health personnel per 10,000 people in medical and health institutions were 7.7,3.14,4.36,3.39,and 8.6,respectively.Conclusions From 2020 to 2023,various health resources in Yunnan Province have increased significantly,and health human resources and bed resources have grown rapidly,which has gradually approached or exceeded the goals of the 14th Five-Year Plan.The development is uneven and there are differences in the use of beds among institutions.It is suggested to optimize the allocation of beds,continue to strengthen the construction of practicing(assistant)physicians,pharmacists and public health personnel,and gradually promote balanced development among institutions.
