大学生焦虑情绪问题的现况调查及其影响因素研究

[目的]了解并分析大学生的焦虑情绪问题现况及相关影响因素,为制定对应的干预措施提供参考.[方法]利用GAD-7 广泛性焦虑障碍量表,通过线上问卷调查方式对 3086 名在校大学生进行调查,采用χ2 检验和多因素Logistic回归方法分析其影响因素.[结果]调查对象焦虑阳性检出率为 45.0%,其中:轻度为35.6%、中度为 7.3%、重度为 2.1%.单因素分析结果显示,大学生焦虑状况在常住地、年级、父母文化、主要抚养人、家庭关系、家庭经济状况 6 个因素上的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,常住地(OR=0.849)、年级(OR=1.642)、家庭关系(OR=0.504)、家庭经济状况(OR=0.489)与焦虑情绪问题相关(P均<0.05).[结论]大学生焦虑情绪与常住地、年级、家庭关系、家庭经济状况等因素有关,需要营造积极的校园学习氛围和良好的家庭氛围,关注大学生压力状况,帮助大学生提高适应能力.
Research on the current situation of anxiety in college students and its influencing factors
Objective To understand and analyze the current situation of anxiety of college students and related influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for formulating corresponding interventions.Methods An online questionnaire survey was conducted on 3,086 college students by using Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7)scale,and chi-square test and multiple logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The detection rate of anxiety was 45.0%among respondents,of which 35.6%were mild;7.3%were moderate and 2.1%were severe.The results of simple analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of anxiety of college students in six factors:residence,grade,parents'education level,main caregiver,family relationship and family economy(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that residence(OR=0.849),grade(OR=1.642),family relationship(OR=0.504)and family economy(OR=0.489)were associated with anxiety(P<0.05).Conclusions The anxiety of college students is related to residence,grade,family relationship and family economy.It is necessary to create a positive learning atmosphere on campus and a good family atmosphere,pay attention to the pressure of college students,and help them improve their adaptability.
