空间分辨力是工业CT系统性能测试及验证的重要指标.对于工业CT空间分辨力测试卡,并没有统一且易于获得的成熟产品.为此设计了空间分辨力测试卡,以不同方法验证其测试精度,最后应用该测试卡验证6MeV工业CT空间分辨力性能.通过计算,当满足待检线对组CT数调制度R>10%,CNR>3时,能够实现高能CT系统的空间分辨力验证,即达到1LP/mm.相关研究为CT性能验证提供了有力的数据支撑及可行的测试方法.
Spatial resolution is an important parameter for performance test and verification of industri-al CT system.For industrial CT spatial resolution test card,there is no unified and easy to obtain mature products.In this paper,a spatial resolution test card is designed,then we verify its test accuracy by differ-ent methods.Finally,the test card is used to verify the spatial resolution performance of 6MeV industrial CT.Through calculation,when the CT number modulation R>10%and CNR>3,the spatial resolution of the high-energy CT system can be verified,that is 1LP/mm.Through this study,it provides data support and feasible test methods for CT performance verification.
