Laser direct metal deposition technique has been applied to frames, beams, and special struc-tural components in the fields of aerospace, machinery, and power. The additive manufacturing process is different from traditional manufacturing processes, and is prone to defects such as pores, incomplete fusion holes, interlayer incomplete fusion, and cracks. This article adopts ultrasonic testing methods, including ul-trasonic water immersion C-scan,dual crystal probe contact and the ultrasonic phased array total focus method is used to study and discuss the incomplete fusion hole and incomplete fusion defects inside titani-um alloys produced by Laser direct metal deposition.Provide technical support to effectively control the in-ternal quality of Laser direct metal deposition titanium alloy products.
