基于无损漏磁的钢丝绳断丝损伤检测

针对钢丝绳的无损漏磁检测,通过设定不同变量,探究钢丝绳断丝损伤对钢丝绳使用的影响.采用ANSYS Maxwell 3D建模,通过控制变量,改变钢丝绳的断丝长度、断丝深度、气隙间距,生成钢丝绳的径向和轴向漏磁场曲线图,观察漏磁场曲线图,得出断丝长度、断丝深度和气隙间距的改变对钢丝绳断丝损伤的影响,同时获得检测后的磁场密度图.本文使用ANSYS有限元软件进行模拟,检测结果更加精确,并以有限元分析漏磁信号规律为研究基础,为保障钢丝绳的安全使用提供参考.
This paper mainly focuses on the non-destructive magnetic leakage detection of wire rope,and explores the influence of wire rope broken wire damage on the use of wire rope by setting different var-iables.Using ANSYS Maxwell 3D modeling,the wire break length,wire break depth and air gap spacing of the wire rope are changed by controlling variables,generating radial and axial leakage magnetic field curves of the wire rope,observing the leakage magnetic field curve,the effects of the change of wire length,wire depth and air gap spacing on the wire rope wire breaking damage are obtained,and the magnetic field densi-ty map after detection is obtained.This paper uses ANSYS finite element software for simulation,the de-tection results are more accurate,and the leakage signal law of finite element analysis is used as the basis for research,which provides a reference for ensuring the safe use of wire rope.
