The construction of innovative training base should take the cultivation of students'compre-hensive ability as the foundation,cultivate artisan skills for employment and entrepreneurship,rely on the improvement of teachers'practical ability,take the improvement of professional social service ability as the extension,further deepen the integration of production and education,and adhere to the construction princi-ple of zero distance docking with the production process.After completion,it mainly undertakes the practi-cal teaching of students in professional groups and the practical ability training of"double-qualified"teach-ers.Industry and enterprise technical personnel technical training,professional skills forensics,to meet the requirements of enterprise technical innovation,can carry out relevant applied research work.The research group will connect with the industry and industry of nondestructive testing instruments,and build a profes-sional training base integrating teaching,application research and technical service under the mode of co-construction and sharing between the school and enterprise by means of the integration of industry and ed-ucation and school-enterprise cooperation,taking the actual work projects of enterprises as the content and the operation skills of nondestructive testing as the carrier.
