中间冷却器封头直边段开裂检测新技术应用

某冷库一台中间冷却器,定期检验中发现下封头直边段存在开裂,氨液泄漏.在超声波测厚、硬度检测等传统检测技术的基础上,使用相控阵检测和磁记忆检测新技术发现下封头直边段存在5处横向裂纹缺陷,与之相对应的5处位置存在应力集中现象;且越靠近热影响区的硬度值越高,应力集中越明显.综合判断该台中间冷却器封头直边段的多处缺陷为氨应力腐蚀开裂.
During regular inspection of an intercooler in a certain cold storage,cracks were found in the straight edge section of the lower head,resulting in ammonia leakage.On the basis of traditional testing techniques such as ultrasonic thickness measurement and hardness testing,new technologies such as phased array testing and magnetic memory testing have been used to discover 5 transverse crack defects in the straight edge section of the lower head,and corresponding 5 positions have stress concentration phenome-na;And the closer the hardness value is to the heat affected zone,the higher the stress concentration is.Based on comprehensive judgment,multiple defects in the straight edge section of the head of the intercool-er are ammonia stress corrosion cracking.
