摘要
述评高压容器焊接接头表面、近表面和体积分别使用涡流阵列和超声相控阵等数字化无损检测技术的最新动态.期望为承压设备新一代无损检测人员施用数字化NDE技术,就设备配置、扫查布位、试块校准、仿真验证、图像解读、标准比照、质量评定等相关要求,提供有用借鉴.
Abstract
The latest developments of digital non-destructive testing techniques such as eddy current ar-ray and ultrasonic phased array for the surface,near surface,and volume of welded joints in high-pressure vessels are reviewed.We hope to apply digital NDE technology to the new generation of non-destructive testing personnel for pressure equipment,providing useful references for equipment configuration,scanning layout,test block calibration,simulation verification,image interpretation,standard comparison,quality e-valuation,and other related requirements.
