高压加热器作为二回路上的重要设备,主要缺陷为外壁点蚀,若是支撑板附近有缺陷产生,缺陷信号会受到支撑板较大的干扰,影响缺陷的准确评定.本文通过实验确认支撑板的具体影响范围,讨论了在该影响范围内缺陷检测结果的准确性,并给出了 一定的建议.
As an important equipment in the secondary circuit,the main defect of the high-pressure feed water heater is pitting corrosion on the outer wall.If there is a defect near the support plate,the defect signal will be greatly disturbed by the support plate,affecting the accurate evaluation of defects.This article confirms the specific influence range of the support plate through experiments,discusses the accuracy of defect detection results within this influence range,and provides certain suggestions.
