摘要

为了用超声相控阵检测系统对选煤厂的重介质旋流器进行无损检测时方便存储并传输图像,本文提出一种解决方案.该方案的硬件部分以STM32为核心,并加入SD存储、USB传输、充放电保护、4G-DTU和LCD触屏模块.该方案将检测结果以图像的形式导入到STM32的USB模拟设备,随后利用4G-DTU模块将USB中的图像文件上传至云平台.监控主机自主获取云平台图像,然后进行分析与处理.该方案解决了超声相控阵无法直接远程传输的问题,提升了无损探伤智能化的水平.

Abstract

To facilitate the storage and transmission of images during non-destructive testing of the heavy medium cyclone in a coal preparation plant using an ultrasonic phased array detection system,this ar-ticle proposes a solution.It consists of STM32 as the core hardware and includes SD storage,USB trans-mission,charge and discharge protection,4G-DTU,and LCD touch screen module.The main solution im-ports the results in the form of images into the USB simulation device of STM32,and then use the 4G-DTU module to upload the image files in the USB to the cloud platform.The monitoring host independent-ly obtains cloud platform images,which can then be directly analyzed and processed.It has solved the prob-lem of ultrasonic phased array being unable to transmit directly and remotely,improving the level of intelli-gent non-destructive testing.
