射线数字成像系统在聚乙烯电熔接头检测中的应用

目前虽然可以使用相控阵超声技术检测聚乙烯管道电熔对接接头的焊接质量,但是成像不够形象直观.本文提出使用射线数字成像检测系统对电熔接头进行无损检测.通过一系列对比得到了优化的曝光参数.在实际检测中发现的电熔接头缺陷有电阻丝错位、孔洞和承插未到位.
Although phased array ultrasound technology can be used to detect the welding quality of electrofu-sion butt joints of polyethylene pipes,but the imaging is not visual and intuitive.Now it is proposed to use a radio-graphic digital imaging inspection system to carry out non-destructive inspection of electrofusion joints.The opti-mized exposure parameters were obtained through a series of comparisons in the laboratory.The defects of the elec-trofusion joint found in the actual inspection are the dislocation of the resistance wire,the hole and the socket is not in place.However,there is currently no standard for radiographic digital imaging inspection of polyethylene fused butt joints.For the safe operation and promotion of polyethylene pipes,the formulation of relevant standards is imminent.
