风电机组因其自身特点,在检修时不便对叶片等部件的高强螺栓进行拆卸检测,如何在不拆卸螺栓的情况下,检测出螺栓的疲劳裂纹始终是个难题.笔者结合理论分析,对相控阵超声导波检测螺栓的技术进行了试验研究,制定了在役螺栓的检测工艺和方案,实现了在役螺栓的不拆卸检测,可有效避免因裂纹等危害缺陷导致的螺栓断裂风险.
Because of the characteristics of wind turbine,it is not convenient to disassemble and test the high-strength bolts of blades and other components during maintenance.Based on the theoretical analysis,the testing technology of phased array ultrasonic guided wave is studied,the testing technology and scheme of in-service bolts are established,and the in-service bolts can be tested without disassembly,the u-tility model can effectively avoid the risk of the bolt fracture caused by the harmful defects such as cracks.
