摘要

控制棒驱动机构钩爪壳体是核电设备中的SC-1级安全部件,其在制造阶段的超声检测受限于工艺要求只能在厚壁管状锻件下进行,存在较大的检测难度.本文通过声束路径的理论分析、试块验证等方式,采用小角度斜射纵波周向检测的方法进行研究,并通过金相解剖验证缺陷检出的有效性,为推广及应用到实际工程项目中提供借鉴.

Abstract

The Latch Housing of the control rod drive mechanism is an SC-1 level safety component in nuclear power equipment.The ultrasonic testing during the manufacturing stage is limited by theprocess requirements and can only be carried out under thethick wall tubular forgings,which is difficulttoinspect.Through theoretical analysis of sound beam path and testblock verification,this paper conducts research on the methodofsmall angle oblique longitudinal wave circumferential detection,and verifies the effectiveness of defect detection through metallographic dissection,which providing reference for promotion and applica-tion to practical engineering projects.
