换热管检测是保证热交换器安全服役状态的重要环节,然而当前单一检测方式只能检查特定缺陷,不能实现换热管全断面腐蚀缺陷的综合检测;传统的诊断方式人工依赖程度高,不能对检测信号与信息进行充分挖掘和诊断.本文综合使用电磁、声学、光学三种检测方法,并将三种数据进行提取融合,提出一种LightGBM-LR诊断模型,对融合的检测数据进行诊断分析.试验结果表明,基于声光电融合与LightGBM的检测方法可以有效识别换热管通孔、环形槽等缺陷.
The inspection of heat exchanger tubes is a crucial step to ensure the safety of heat exchang-ers.However,current single inspection method can only detect specific defects,and fail to achieve compre-hensive detection of corrosion defects across the entire cross-section of heat exchange tubes.Traditional di-agnostic methods rely heavily on manual judgment and cannot fully analyze and diagnose the signals and in-formation.This paper proposes a LightGBM-LR diagnostic model by comprehensively utilizing the electro-magnetic acoustic,optical methods,and integrating all the data obtained from these methods.Experimental results show that the detection method can effectively identify defects such as through-holes and annular grooves in heat exchange tubes.
