特种设备不锈钢的阵列超声C扫描检测技术研究

针对奥氏体不锈钢的缺陷检测,使用线阵与环阵全聚焦方法对预埋缺陷的试块进行水浸C扫描实验对比分析.实验结果验证了两种方法的有效性:线阵线扫的检测时间为1min12s,远低于环阵全聚焦检测的21min;全聚焦方法具备更强的缺陷轮廓还原能力;环阵具备更强的大深度缺陷检测能力.
For the detection of defects in austenitic stainless steel,a comparative analysis of water im-mersion C-scanning experiments is carried out on test pieces with pre-buried defects using two methods.The experimental results verified the effectiveness of the full-focus C-scanning methods of line and annular array:The detection time of the line array linescan is 1min12s,which is much lower than the ring array full-focus detection detection of 21min;the full-focus method possesses stronger defect contour reduction capa-bility;the annular array possesses stronger detection capability of defects with large depth.
