Pressure pipelines belong to pressure-bearing special equipment,which need to be regularly inspec-ted according to the standard,before inspection need to develop testing process documents.In order to shorten the preparation cycle for the development of technology,simplify the process of developing steps to reduce the duplica-tion of work,in the Qt platform developed a computer-aided design of pressure pipeline testing process system,with good human-computer interaction,by selecting or inputting the basic parameters,can be automatically carried out the process of parameter calculations,the development of the testing process,the development of the testing process procedures,preparation of the testing operation instructions,testing record templates and report templates and other process documents.Application results show that the system can be a one-time development of a large number of process documents and ensure the accuracy of the calculation of process parameters,the documents can be electroni-cally archived for easy viewing and use at any time,effectively improve the efficiency of the work to meet the actual engineering applications.
