多层介质结构形式多存在于道路结构、无砟轨道结构、隧道结构等结构中,其内部缺陷直接影响结构的安全性和耐久性,现有的超声SAFT成像方法仅适用于单层结构形式的检测,基于超声SAFT成像方法,通过反向声时计算模型准确获取超声波旅行时间,实现多层混凝土结构的成像检测.实验结果表明,基于反向声时计算模型的超声SAFT成像方法能够准确地检测出多层介质结构中的缺陷位置,为多层介质结构的成像检测提供理论基础.
Multi-layer dielectric structures mostly exist in road structures,ballastless track structures,tunnel structures,etc.and their internal defects directly affect the safety and durability.The existing ultra-sonic SAFT imaging method is only suitable for the detection of single-layer structures.Based on the ultra-sonic SAFT imaging method,the ultrasonic travel time is accurately obtained through the reverse time cal-culation model,and the imaging detection of multi-layer concrete structures is realized.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic SAFT imaging method based on the reverse time calculation model can ac-curately detect the defect position in the multilayer dielectric structure,which provides a theoretical basis for the imaging detection of the multilayer dielectric structure.
