摘要
为应对金属材料在制造加工、运输、维护和检修方面带来的技术难题,越来越多的新型复合材料被应用在工程实践上,例如聚乙烯(PE)、玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂(GRE)、玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)等.无损检测技术可以避免影响材料的使用性能和内部组织结构,利用材料缺陷引起的声音、热量、磁场等变化对材料进行检测.本文针对新型复合材料无损检测中的微波无损检测技术(MNDT)进行了综述,说明了其工作原理以及对于生产制造、使用和维护维修的重大意义,并且对该技术的发展及应用做出展望.
Abstract
In order to cope with the technical difficulties posed by the manufacturing and processing,transportation,maintenance and overhaul of metallic materials,more and more new composite materials have been applied to engineering practice,such as polyethylene(PE),glass-reinforced epoxy(GRE),glass fiber reinforced composite(GFRP),and so on.Non-destructive testing technology can avoid affecting the use properties and internal organization of the material,and use the changes in sound,heat,magnetic field and other changes caused by material defects to detect the material.This paper provides an overview of mi-crowave nondestructive testing(MNDT)in the nondestructive testing of new composite materials,explains the working principle of MNDT and its great significance for manufacturing,use and maintenance and re-pair,and gives an outlook on its development and application.
