基于量子精密测量的铁磁材料表面无损检测技术研究

量子科技在保障信息安全、提高运算速度、提升测量精度等方面突破了传统技术的瓶颈,成为信息、能源和材料等重大技术领域创新的源泉.本文中的量子精密测量技术基于国产研发的高精度扫描金刚石探针技术,能够实现高空间分辨率、高灵敏度的磁性成像,可以对特种设备广泛使用的铁磁材料表面缺陷进行精密测量.通过基于金刚石中氮-空位(NV)色心制备的高灵敏度量子传感器,可以完成A1试片表面裂纹的检测实验,实现对铁磁材料表面15μm深度缺陷的识别和检测.该技术提升了表面无损检测技术的检测精度,同时具有可建立信号图像、可读取可定量分析等优势,该技术研究必将更好地保障我国特种设备的安全,促进我国社会和经济的发展.
Quantum technology has broken through the bottleneck of traditional technology in ensuring information security,improving computing speed and improving measurement accuracy,and has become the source of innovation in major technological fields such as information,energy and materials.The quan-tum precision measurement technology in this paper is based on the high-precision scanning technology of diamond probe developed in China,which can realize the magnetic imaging with high spatial resolution and high sensitivity,and can accurately measure the surface defects of ferromagnetic material which is widely used in special equipment.By using a highly sensitive quantum sensor based on nitrogen-vacancy(NV)center in diamond,surface crack detection experiments of A1 test piece can be completed,and defects at a depth of 15 μm on ferromagnetic material surface can be identified and detected.This technology has great-ly improved the testing precision of traditional surface non-destructive testing technology,and has many advantages such as buildable with signal image,readable and quantitative analyzable.This research will cer-tainly guarantee special equipment safety and promote society and economic development.
