摘要

热交换管是电站热交换器的重要组成部分.为保障电站设备和人员安全,对其进行周期性检测和维护具有重要意义.在应用涡流检测技术检测出缺陷之后,需要对缺陷进行定性和定量分析,判别缺陷属于内壁、外壁还是通孔缺陷,如果只应用单个频率进行检测,在一些情况下会发生误判.本文应用多频涡流检测技术研究了对热交换管缺陷类别的鉴别方法,对于当内壁缺陷和外壁缺陷同时存在时会被误判为通孔缺陷的现象,通过使用一个相对于最佳检测频率的高频来与之形成对比进行缺陷鉴别.试验结果表明,多频涡流检测方法可以有效地识别热交换管存在的缺陷类型,提高检测准确率.

Abstract

As an important part of the heat exchanger in nuclear power plant,the periodic testing and maintenance of the heat exchange tubes is of great significance to ensure the safety of nuclear power plant equipment and personnel.After the defects are detected by eddy current testing technology,it is necessary to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of the defects to identify the defects as inner wall,outer wall and through-hole defects.If only a single frequency is applied for detection,misjudgment will occur in some cases.In this paper,multifrequency eddy current detection technology is applied to study the defect classifi-cation identification method for heat exchange tubes.In view of the phenomenon that inner wall defects and outer wall defects are misjudged as pupil defects when they exist at the same time,a high frequency relative to the optimal detection frequency is used to make a comparison.The test results show that,The multi-fre-quency eddy current detection method can effectively identify the types of defects existing in the detection points of heat exchange tubes,and improve the detection accuracy of heat exchange tubes.
