摘要

核电堆内构件(RVI)和控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)设备零件近四百多种多达上万件,具有零件精细、多样、结构复杂等特点,涉及近五百多道的液体渗透检验工序在零件质量控制上发挥了重要的作用.根据工程经验,不同堆型、不同标准、不同种类的零件液体渗透检验均有一定的差异,本文结合HAF003《核电厂质量保证安全规定》的要求,从液体渗透检验的各环节归结质量控制要点,有助于检验员能更有效地控制检验质量.

Abstract

Nuclear power reactor internal components(RVI)and control rod drive mechanisms(CRDM)equipment partsofnearly 400 types up to tens of thousands of pieces,with thecharacteristics such as fine and diverse parts,complex structures,etc.,involving nearly 500 liquid penetration inspection processes,which have played an important role in the quality control of these parts.Accordingtothe engi-neering experience,there are certain differences in the liquid penetration inspection of different reactor types,standards,and types of parts.Inthispaper,combinedwiththe requirements of the HAF003 Nuclear Power Plant Quality Assurance Safety Regulations to summarize the quality control points of each link in the liquid penetration inspection process,which helps inspectors to control the inspection quality more ef-fectively.
