鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii,AB)是一种革兰阴性菌(Gram negative bacterium),是引发院内感染的主要致病菌之一.AB耐药机制复杂,其中AdeABC外排泵是AB的主要耐药机制之一.双组份系统(two compo-nent system,TCS)是AB的信号转导系统,TCS AdeRS和TCS BaeSR可以调控AdeABC外排泵表达,有很大潜力成为AB的抗菌药物靶点.现就TCS对AdeABC外排泵的调控机制及TCS抑制剂的研究进展作一概述.
The Gram-negative opportunistic pathogen Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)has become one of the main causes of nosocomial infections.The mechanisms of drug resistance in AB are far more complicated,among which AdeABC efflux pump is recognized to play an important role.This pump is mediated by a signal transduction system for AB,two component system(TCS).Specifically,TCS AdeRS and BaeSR from AB can regulate the expression of AdeABC efflux pump,showing great potential as AB antibacterial drug targets.This article reviews the research progress of TCS on AdeABC efflux pump regulation and TCS inhibitors.
