淋巴细胞(lymphocytes)在抗肿瘤和抗感染中扮演着关键角色,探寻其功能的调控机制是一个重要的研究课题.铁死亡(ferroptosis)是一种新型的细胞死亡方式,主要通过脂质过氧化作用破坏细胞膜,最终导致细胞的裂解和死亡.铁死亡在许多细胞代谢(如淋巴细胞)的免疫应答中扮演着关键角色.探究铁死亡在淋巴细胞免疫应答中的作用,不仅可以加深对淋巴细胞生长和发育的了解,而且有助于寻找更为有效的抗肿瘤和抗感染策略.现就铁死亡的分子机制及其对T、B、NK细胞免疫功能的影响作一概述.
Lymphocytes play a pivotal role in antitumor and anti-infection responses,making the exploration of their function-al regulation mechanisms a critical area of research.Ferroptosis is a novel mode of cell death that principally operates through lipid peroxidation,disrupting cell membranes and ultimately leading to cell lysis and death.Ferroptosis plays a key role in various cellular metabolisms,including the immune responses of lymphocytes.Investigating the role of ferroptosis in the immune reactions of lymphocytes not only deepens our understanding of the growth and development of lymphocytes but also aids in identifying more effective antitumor and anti-infection strategies.This article provides an overview of the molec-ular mechanisms of ferroptosis and its impact on the immune functions of T,B,and NK cells.
