全国疾控系统维生素B1和维生素B2能力验证情况分析

目的 通过组织婴幼儿辅食(米粉)中维生素B1和维生素B2含量检测能力验证活动,评价各实验室检测能力和检测水平。方法 制备维生素B1、B2样品,采用单因素方差分析法评价样品的均匀性和稳定性;向实验室发放维生素B1、B2质控考核样品;各实验室参照GB 5009。84-2016《食品中维生素B1的测定》第一法高效液相色谱法、GB 5009。85-2016《食品中维生素B2的测定》第一法高效液相色谱法、或采用其他方法进行维生素B1、B2检测;对检测结果进行稳健统计分析,通过Z值评定实验室的检测能力。结果 全国疾病预防控制系统有43家实验室完成了本项能力验证,维生素B1总体满意率为88。4%;维生素B2总体满意率为86。0%。结论 全国疾病预防控制系统米粉中维生素B1和维生素B2检测能力总体好于预期,少数实验室检测能力有待改进和提高。
Analysis on vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 proficiency testing assessment in China disease control and prevention system
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the detection ability of vitamin B 1 and vitamin B2 in rice flour in the laboratories of disease control and prevention system,by conducting the proficiency testing(PT)activity.METHODS Before the vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 quality control samples were distributed to the laboratories of disease control and prevention system,the uniformity and stability of samples were analyzed by one-way ANOVO respectively.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was required to determine vitamin B1(GB 5009.84-2016:determination of vitamin B,in food,first method as reference).HPLC method was also required to determine vitamin B2(GB 5009.85-2016:determination of vitamin B2 in food,first method as reference).Robust statistics analysis of proficiency testing result was conducted to evaluate laboratory testing ability through Z score.RESULTS A total of 43 laboratories completed the proficiency testing.In all of the laboratories participated in the determination of vitamin B1 and vitamin B2,the total satisfactory rate of vitamin B1 was 88.4%,while vitamin B2 was 86.0%.CONCLUSION The ability of vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 detection in disease control and prevention system in China is better than expected,and the testing ability of a few laboratory needs to be improved.
