To evaluate the application value of mixed-reality holographic imaging technology in thoracic, abdominal, lumbar, and bone marrow puncture operation teaching for interns, the interns recruited by the PLA General Hospital in 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was taught with mixed-reality holographic imaging technology teaching method, while the control group was taught with traditional mold teaching method to teach thoracic, abdominal, lumbar, and bone marrow puncture operations, then compared the differences in teaching effectiveness between the two groups through exams and teaching satisfaction questionnaires.Practice has shown that the application of mixed-reality holographic imaging technology in teaching thoracic, abdominal, lumbar, and bone marrow puncture operations has achieved satisfactory teaching results, and the satisfaction of interns in teaching is high.
