摘要

目的 探讨早期记忆对有留守经历医学生人际需求及自杀意念的影响.方法 抽取湖南、贵州 4 所高校医学生4 028 例,用早期温暖与安全记忆量表(EMWSS)、人际需求问卷(INQ)及自杀意念量表(SIOSS)进行测评.结果 有留守经历医学生EMWSS得分低于无留守经历医学生(P<0.05),INQ、SIOSS得分高于无留守经历医学生(P<0.05).多元线性回归分析显示:早期温暖与安全记忆对人际需求、自杀意念有负向预测作用(β=-0.52、β=-0.06,P<0.05);7岁及以后开始留守、医技等其他专业对人际需求有负向预测作用(β=-1.02、β=-1.66,P<0.05),而人际需求总分、不支持父母外出对自杀意念有正向预测作用(β=0.29、β=0.12,P<0.05).有留守经历医学生早期温暖与安全记忆与自杀意念总分及各维度得分、人际需求总分均呈负相关(r=-0.32~-0.59,P<0.01 或P<0.05).结论 有留守经历医学生早期温暖与安全记忆水平相对不高,可能是预测人际需求缺失及自杀意念出现的重要因素.

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of early memory on interpersonal needs and suicidal ideation among medical students with left-behind experiences.Methods 4 028 medical students from four universities in Hunan Province and Guizhou Province were selected and evaluated with the Early Memories of Warmth and Safeness Scale(EMWSS),the Interpersonal Needs Questionnaire(INQ),and Suicide Ideation Scale(SIOSS).Results Medical students with left-behind experiences had lower EMWSS scores than those without left-behind experiences(P<0.05),and higher INQ and SIOSS scores than those without left-behind experiences(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that early memories of warmth and safeness had a negative predictive effect on interpersonal needs and suicidal ideation(β=-0.52,β=-0.06,P<0.05),other majors such as staying behind and medical technology had a negative predictive effect on interpersonal needs at the age of 7 and older(β=1.02,β=-1.16,P<0.05),while total scores of interpersonal needs and not supporting parents going out had a positive predictive effect on suicidal ideation(β=0.29,β=0.12,P<0.05).Medical students with left-behind experiences showed a negative correlation between early memories of warmth and safeness and total scores and dimensions of suicidal ideation,as well as total scores of interpersonal needs(r=-0.32~-0.59,P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Medical students with left-behind experiences have relatively low levels of early memories of warmth and safeness,which may be an important factor in predicting the absence of interpersonal needs and the occurrence of sui-cidal ideation.
