基础医学专业研究生教育是培养医学创新型和科研型人才的主要路径。根据学科发展需要,锦州医科大学通过对培养模式、教育理念、培养机制等方面进行探索与实践,制订并完善以研究生培养全过程强化为核心的培养方案。研究生培养过程中强化导师履行岗位职责意识,促进导师与研究生学术共同体的有效运行。经过多年的教育实践,逐步建立"以学科交叉为中心、协同育人为本、提升创新能力为要"的基础医学专业研究生创新能力培养模式,以全面提升基础医学专业研究生培养质量。
Reform and Practice of the Innovation Ability Cultivation Model of"Interdisciplinary and Collaborative Education"for Master of Basic Medicine Specialist
Graduate education in basic medicine is the main pathway for cultivating innovative and research-based personnel in medicine.According to the needs of disciplinary development,Jinzhou Medical University has explored and practiced training mod-els,educational concepts,and training mechanisms,and formulated and improved a training program centered on strengthening the entire process of graduate education.Strengthening the supervisor's awareness of fulfilling post responsibilities in the process of grad-uate education,and promoting the effective operation of the academic community between supervisors and graduate.After years of ed-ucational practice,we have gradually established a basic medical professional graduate innovation ability coltivation model centered on interdisciplinary studies,collaborative education,and enhancing innovation capabilities,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of education for master of basic medicine specialist.
