产教融合视域下职业本科药品管理类专业群建设内涵与路径研究

摘要
通过文献分析、政策分析等方法厘清产教融合视域下职业本科药品管理类专业群建设目标定位、组群逻辑和人才培养规格等,探析职业本科药品管理类专业群建设中存在的问题,如产教融合动力不足、企业参与度不高、课程体系无法对接岗位群等.在此基础上,创新"分岗培养、双线并行、三维融合、多元协同"药品管理类专业群人才培养模式,将教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链深度融合,形成较为完善的、切合实际的职业本科药品管理类专业群建设路径,以满足省域乃至全国医药行业高质量发展对复合型高层次技术技能型药品管理类人才的需求.
Abstract
To clarify the target positioning,group logic,and personnel cultivation specifications of the construction of drug manage-ment major groups of vocational undergraduate from the perspective of integration of industry and education through literature analy-sis,policy analysis,and other methods.Analyze the problems existing in the construction of drug management major groups of voca-tional undergraduate,such as insufficient motivation for industry education integration,little enterprise participation,and inability to connect the course system with post groups.On this basis,we will innovate the personnel cultivation model of drug management major groups,which includes"specific training for post,dual line parallel training,three-dimensional integration,and diversified collabora-tion".We will deeply integrate the education chain,personnel chain,industry chain,and innovation chain to form a relatively complete and practical path for the construction of drug management major groups of vocational undergraduate,so as to meet the demand for composite high-level technical and skilled drug management personnel in the high-quality development of the drug industry in the province and even the whole country.
