针对高职院校"岗课赛证"融通实践中融通深度不足、教学模式单一和实训条件有限等问题进行改进,遵循校企深度合作、双主体育人的设计思路,构建以岗定标、以赛促教、以证融课、以课定学的课程体系,以典型工作任务为驱动的"三阶五步"教学模式,为学生增值赋能的多元多维评价体系,遵循"双向奔赴,共创精彩"的课程思政理念,以提高学生综合职业能力,培养高素质复合型技术技能型老年保健与管理人才。
Exploration on the Reform of Integrating Elderly Health Care and Management Personnel Training of Higher Vocational College Based on"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"
In response to the problems of insufficient integration depth,single teaching model,and limited practical training condi-tions in the integration practice of"post-course-competition-certificate"in higher vocational colleges,improvements are made.Fol-lowing the design concept of further cooperation between colleges and enterprises and dual-subject personnel,a course system is constructed based on post standards,competitions to promote teaching,certificates to integrate courses,and courses to determine learning.The"three-stage and five-step"teaching model is driven by typical work tasks,and a multi-dimensional evaluation system is established to add value and empower students.The Ideological&Political education concept of"both-way effort,co-creating bril-liance"is followed to improve students'comprehensive vocational abilities and cultivate high-quality composite technical and skilled elderly health care and management personnel.
