Exploration of Ideological&Political Education Teaching in Emergency and Critical Care Nursing Based on EIP-CDIO Model under the Background of New Medicine
On the basis of analyzing the status and shortcomings of the teaching of emergency and critical care nursing courses,com-bined with the new medical personnel training objectives,this paper proposes the Ideological&Political Education teaching concept and implementation path of emergency and critical care nursing courses based on the EIP-CDIO model:In the conceptual stage,clar-ify the Ideological&Political Education objectives of the course;In the design phase,optimize the course's Ideological&Political E-ducation teaching team,reconstruct knowledge score,and deeply explore the Ideological&Political elements contained in knowledge score;In the implementation process,various teaching methods are used to subtly integrate Ideological&Political elements into the process of teaching professional knowledge;In the operational process,establish a sustainable teaching evaluation mechanism to pro-mote the positive improvement of the effectiveness of Ideological&Political Education in the course.
