Research on Practice Teaching Reform Based on the Integration of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate":Taking Clinical Practice Skills Course as an Example
Objective To explore the teaching reform path and practical effects of clinical practice skills courses under the compre-hensive education model of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate".Methods Grade 2021 students from Class 5 and Class 6 ma-jored in Clinical Medicine(control group)and Grade 2022 students from Class 5 and Class 6 majored in Clinical Medicine(experi-mental group)were selected as the research subjects.Traditional teaching methods and the"school-hospital integration,four field linkage"teaching model based on the integration of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"were used respectively.After the course to compare the assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of courses.Results The excellent rate of process assess-ment in the experimental group(27.18%)was significantly higher than those in the control group(14.95%).In the final assessment,medical history collection and case analysis,cardiopulmonary auscultation,physical examination,basic operation scores,and overall scores were all higher than those in the control group,and teaching satisfaction was also higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the"school-hospital integration,four field linkage"teaching model based on the integration of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"in clinical practice skills courses can help improve students'learning enthusiasm,participa-tion,and teaching satisfaction,and enhance teaching effectiveness.
