Qualitative Study on Nursing Undergraduates'Learning Experience in Nursing Management under the OBE Concept
Objective To explore nursing undergraduates'learning experience in nursing management courses under the OBE con-cept,and provide a basis for improving the quality of course teaching. Methods From April to May 2024,purposive sampling was used to select 12 nursing undergraduates who had completed nursing management courses for semi-structured interviews.Content analysis was used to analyze the interview data and summarize the themes. Results Three themes and eight sub-themes were sum-marized:learning effectiveness(stimulating learning interest, improving self-taught ability, clarifying learning goals),professional co-mpetency(cultivating nursing management thinking, strengthening teamwork awareness),and learning feedback(teaching resources need to be enriched, course teaching design needs to be optimized, and evaluation system needs to be improved). Conclusion The OBE teaching model has a positive effect on improving nursing students'learning effectiveness and professional competency, but there is room for improvement to further enhance the teaching effectiveness of nursing management courses.
