Application of BOPPPS Combined with CBL Teaching Model in Clinical Nursing Teaching of Rheumatology and Immunology Department
Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching model in clinical nursing teaching of rheumatology and immunology.Methods 81 nursing students who interned in the rheumatology and immunology department of a Grade-A hospital from April 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects,and hospitalized patients in the rheuma-tology and immunology department were selected as the study subjects.The study subjects were divided into a control group and an experimental group with convenience sampling method.The control group received the traditional teaching model,while the experi-mental group received the BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching model.The health education effects of the two groups of nursing in-terns,patient health education effects,and clinical nursing teacher evaluation results were analyzed.Results After the teaching was completed,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the evaluation results of the health education effect between the two groups of nursing interns in promoting nurse patient communication,building self-confidence,consolidating theoretical knowl-edge,integrating theory with practice,promoting theoretical application,improving learning enthusiasm,enhancing teaching ability,and improving expression ability.The evaluation results of the health education effect between the two groups of patients showed a sta-tistically significant difference in promoting nurse patient communication(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the total score of the clinical nursing teacher evaluation scale and the dimensions of clinical nursing work,teaching organiza-tion,and teacher-student relationship between two groups of nursing interns.Conclusion The BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching mode can enhance the health education effect of nursing interns,improve their recognition of clinical nursing teachers,facilitate the construction of good teacher-student and nurse patient relationships,enhance teaching effectiveness,and improve their communica-tion and problem-solving abilities.
