Survey and Analysis on the Status of Teachers'Online Ideological&Political Education in Hospitals Affiliated to Medical Colleges
In order to learn the status of teachers'online Ideological&Political education in hospitals affiliated to medical colleges,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the online Ideological&Political education of 451 teachers who met the criteria in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.The study shows that the teachers of the hospital affiliated to medical college are optimistic about the prospect of carrying out network Ideological&Political education,but the awareness of their courses on Ideological&Political education needs to be strengthened,and the ability of online Ideological&Political education needs to be further improved.It is suggested that the hospitals affiliated to medical colleges should improve the evaluation and incentive mecha-nism of Ideological&Political education,enhance the quality of teachers'Ideological&Political education through comprehensive training,and establish diversified Ideological&Political education platforms to promote the development of Ideological&Political e-ducation in colleges.
